Both motor mounts are compatible with the standard style scx24 transmission, and there are two mount patterns offered for common motors, 12mm and 16mm. These patterns are pretty common for brushless scx24 motors, as well as some 1/18 brushed and brushless motors. Please measure the pattern on your motor before ordering, and beware that some motors have 2 or more patterns to choose from. Both are Forward Facing.
The third option is specific for a brushed 370 motor, with a 17mm hole pattern. The pattern on the mount itself is slightly narrower and the motor mounts slightly angled, for ease of setting mesh. This mount will fit UP TO a 18t MOD.5 pinion. Forward Facing.
Please note, you will need to line up the pinion gear with the spur gear. Some motors have very short motor shafts, and you may have issues. Pinion gears with grub screws tend to be longer and have an easier time reaching the spur gear. These motor mounts are designed specifically for bigger pinion gears and are suitable for higher speed scx24 builds, like monster trucks or prerunners. These mounts fit without any issues in both the Microrunner Builders Kit and Prerunner Chassis that are offered. They will also fit stock skid plates, and can be trimmed a little bit if there are slight clearance issues. I have not tested all available pinions, but the 16mm mount will fit anything from a 14t .5 mod pinion to a 28t .5 mod pinion. The 12mm mount will fit a 12t .5 mod up to 20t .5 mod. You might be able to fit bigger or smaller sizes, and all my testing has been with a stock size .5 mod spur gear.
