MicroRunner R Twin I-Beam Builders Kit for SCX24

Introducing the Twin I-Beam MicroRunner R from Patrik’s RCs! 

This kit is designed to make your micro-prerunner builds as simple and straightforward as possible, using parts designed for the SCX24 and AX24. The kit is very detailed and takes a few hours to assemble, please be sure to follow the assembly video linked below. 

This builders chassis kit is derived from the popular MicroRunner kit, with a detailed and robust body adapted by @2scale.rc on Instagram and printed in-house. Featuring new and all original Twin I-Beam front suspension, longer trailing arms, and new body mounts and tire carrier, this rig delivers the same durability and performance that the Microrunner Series is known for. 

This chassis kit is compatible with standard SCX24 and AX24 parts and hardware. In order to maintain a scale look and the best of performance, the body is closer to 1/18th scale.

Key Features:
-Twin Independent Beam Suspension is the centerpiece of this chassis, with swing set steering and sway bar compatibility. 
-Printed body adapted by @2scale.rc on Instagram
-Aluminum chassis specifically designed for a desert racing setup, with altered link geometry, long travel shock mounts, and sway bar mounts. 
-Rear trailing arms and bent upper links for lower battery storage and center of gravity
-Tire carrier for 2 spare tires (up to 54mm, uses 2 included m2.5 screws to lock tires in place) 
-6 separate magnet mounts for the body ensuring it stays on during bashing! 
-Sealed underside and front inner fenders keep the majority of rocks and dust away from your electronics

Required to complete:

-Magnets; 2mmx8mm or 2mmx10mm round neodymium magnets (12 in total) 
-Front axle stubs; This is the only necessary modification to build this kit, the cup has to be shaved off of a stock front axle stub to fit the IFS 
-Sway Bars; I recommend the sway bars made by SWD_RC on Instagram and TikTok. He is amazing to work with and knows which sway bars fit this chassis kit. If you do not have social media please let me know and I will put you in touch with him.
-Wheels: Zero offset wheels will be best for this chassis kit, that will ensure the least amount of trimming and no interference with the IFS. (I sell both the "Microrunner" and "Sunbeam" Wheels which will fit perfectly and come as a set of six) 
-Tires; I recommend 50-52mm tires for a scale look and the least body trimming. Tires over 53mm will require minor sanding and trimming to the body
-Electronics (ESC, Receiver, Battery) I highly recommend a receiver with a gyro, this will make driving the MicroRunner much easier. 
-Motor; I recommend a sealed brushless motor, see youtube video for more information
-Servo; Fits emax and larger brushless servos like the Injora 11kg
-Metal transmission and driveshaft (scx24 gladiator length)
-Rear axle; I recommend the MEUS rear axle, either the metal or nylon one. The hex width will be the same as the IFS and no spacers or modification will be needed. I also offer trailing arms and rear links that fit a TRX4M rear axle. 
-Suspension; I highly recommend oil filled shocks, otherwise it will be quite bouncy. The ones made for the AX24 are around 50-55mm eye to eye and are perfect for both the IFS and rear trailing arms. 

Disclaimers
-This kit REQUIRES ASSEMBLY. A high level of experience with the SCX24 platform is recommended for assembly. I am not responsible for broken parts due to improper installation. A detailed assembly video will be posted 12/26/24. 
-Many SCX24 and AX24 parts are not meant for faster builds, you may experience increased wear and tear on parts.
-Aside from the chassis rails and hardware, this kit is fully 3d printed. It will warp if left exposed to heat or sunlight, it is more brittle than molded plastic, and it may have visual imperfections and layer lines. 
-I am very pleased with the durability of it, but if anything from this kit breaks please reach out to me with pictures and a description of what happened, so that we can find a solution and I can continue to improve my products. I love driving my RCs and hate when they are broken, so I am always ready to help get your rigs back on the dirt if anything does happen! 
-Just like plastic parts on a regular RC car, the printed parts on this kit will wear out over time. I have adjusted tolerances for each and every part to ensure the best fit, so some hardware may seem a little snug at first. It will break in during the first couple drives, ensuring the ideal fit and the least amount of play in your suspension.
